Terms & Conditions — 33mbd Platform Rules & User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all users of the 33mbd platform, accessible at https://33mbd.app and any associated subdomains, mobile applications, or digital services operated under the 33mbd brand. By using any part of the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 33mbd.

33mbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will display a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

These terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English version of this document shall prevail in all cases. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 33mbd operates and are intended for players based in Bangladesh.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with 33mbd. These supplementary policies are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you are accessing the 33mbd platform on behalf of another person or entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that such use complies with all applicable laws.

33mbd is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to real-money games, sports betting, and any other wagering services on the 33mbd platform is permitted only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain a 33mbd account, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual, not on behalf of any commercial enterprise for the purpose of arbitrage, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gambling under any law applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any territory where online gambling is explicitly and currently prohibited by active legislation.
• You are not acting under the influence of mental incapacity or legal guardianship that would invalidate your capacity to enter a binding contract.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 33mbd platform or had your account permanently closed by 33mbd for breach of these terms.

Age Verification Procedures

33mbd employs a rigorous age verification process. At the point of account registration, you are required to confirm your date of birth and agree that you are 18 or older. 33mbd may request documentary proof of age at any time — including at the point of first withdrawal, at the point of a large transaction, or if any reasonable suspicion exists that the account is being operated by a minor.

Acceptable age verification documents include: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, birth certificate accompanied by a photo ID, or driving licence. Documents must be current, legible, and submitted as clear digital images or scans. 33mbd reserves the right to determine the acceptability of any submitted document.

Where age verification has been requested and not satisfactorily completed within the timeframe specified by 33mbd, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed. If it is determined that an account was registered or operated by a person under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned where traceably possible, and any winnings forfeited.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active account on the 33mbd platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms.

Registration Information

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes but is not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and your preferred payment method details. All information provided must belong to you — registering with another person's details is strictly forbidden.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 33mbd account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 33mbd will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any suspicious communication claiming to be from 33mbd that requests your password should be reported to [email protected] immediately.

All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use is your responsibility, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 33mbd immediately and change your password without delay. 33mbd will cooperate fully with any legitimate investigation into unauthorised account access.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

33mbd operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible operator standards. KYC verification may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle — at registration, before the first withdrawal, when cumulative transaction volumes reach defined thresholds, or when any anomalous account activity is detected. Required KYC documents typically include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts for which KYC has been requested but not completed within the specified timeframe may be restricted or suspended.

33mbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. These include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to verified, active accounts in good standing. Players who have been identified as engaging in bonus abuse, multiple account operation, or any other prohibited activity are not eligible for any bonus on the platform.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 33mbd are subject to wagering requirements — the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be bet before the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always clearly stated in the specific bonus terms before you opt in. 33mbd does not apply hidden or retrospective wagering requirements. If a bonus offer does not state a wagering requirement, it is a no-wagering bonus and the full amount is immediately withdrawable after crediting.

Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary. For most promotions: slots contribute 100% to wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified per promotion. Crash games and instant win games contribution rates are stated per promotion.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period, clearly stated at the time of offer. Bonus funds and free spins not used before their expiry date will be automatically removed from your account without compensation. Wagering requirements must be completed before expiry for any resulting balance to be eligible for withdrawal.

Bonus Abuse

33mbd reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate resulting winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using two or more accounts to exploit bonus terms together, placing low-risk or mathematically neutral bets to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising exposure, or any other behaviour whose primary purpose is to extract bonus value without genuine play.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the 33mbd platform, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, crash games, and virtual sports. Game-specific rules are published within each game or game category and supplement — but do not override — these general conduct terms.

Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 33mbd reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors — including palpably incorrect ("palpable error") odds — and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices, regardless of the outcome of the event. In such cases, stakes are returned in full. Bet acceptance is subject to 33mbd's discretion; we reserve the right to decline any bet, reduce the accepted stake, or limit a player's maximum permitted stake across any market.

Cricket markets, including BPL, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, T20 World Cup, and IPL, are settled in accordance with the official result issued by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or rescheduled, settlement rules specific to the affected market apply as set out in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

Casino and Game Rules

All casino games from 33mbd's verified providers use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to produce fair, statistically independent outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate as of the date of game integration. Live casino games are governed by the rules of the relevant card or table game and by the live dealer's instructions, which follow standard international rules for each game variant.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, 33mbd's decision on whether to honour, void, or replay the affected round is final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays on the affected round. 33mbd is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, device failures, or power outages on the player's side that result in the disconnection of an in-play bet or game session.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33mbd platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent closure:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or make gaming decisions.
• Exploitation of software bugs, game errors, or platform vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Chip dumping, match fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behaviour directed at 33mbd staff or other players via any communication channel.

Either the player or 33mbd may initiate account closure at any time. The process and consequences differ depending on whether closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or involuntary (33mbd-initiated).

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 33mbd account, contact the support team at [email protected] or via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been completed and no active disputes or investigations are in progress. Account closure may take up to 48 hours to process from the time of the request. Players who have voluntarily closed their account may request reinstatement after a minimum 30-day cooling-off period, subject to re-verification of identity and eligibility.

Involuntary Suspension or Closure by 33mbd

33mbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where one or more of the following conditions is established:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Failure to complete required age verification or KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Multiple account operation.
• Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 33mbd staff.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies — see below).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 33mbd will issue email notifications to the registered address at 3 months, 1 month, and 14 days before the dormancy threshold is reached. After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from any remaining balance, as specified in the current fee schedule published in the Cashier section. Players wishing to avoid dormancy fees should log in to their account at least once every 12 months or withdraw their remaining balance before the dormancy threshold is reached.
